An opportunity to train with teammates, friends or family in a small group atmosphere. Programs are designed specifically for the needs of the group and are conducted in a circuit style to maximize time.
TEAM PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Youth, High School, Collegiate, Professional
Sport-specific training designed to accommodate an entire team in a competitive atmosphere. Programs are created based on the head coach's desires for their team and are conducted on campus in the team's facilities.
PERFORMANCE TRAINING CLASSES
Group classes are offered daily and centered around building strength, speed, power, vertical jump, mobility and core stability. Athletes of all different sports and levels are welcome to participate. Follow the link below to sign-up today!
ONLINE PROGRAMS
If you live outside of Southern California, or prefer to do workouts on your own, our online programs will provide you the guidance you need to achieve your fitness goals. Programs are specific to each individual and include custom workouts, nutritional advice and weekly check-ins with a trainer.
