STUDENT ATHLETE

In this program, we use the 4 pillars of G-FIT to analyze all aspects of the student-athlete to optimize confidence, stress levels, sleep habits, nutrition, time management, and ultimately – athletic performance. By utilizing mental exercises, implementing strategies and instilling new habits we ensure: mental toughness, increased ability to perform under pressure, improved physical health/fitness levels, enhanced overall quality of life and full athletic potential. 

RETURN TO SPORT (POST-INJURY)

In this program, upon clearance from a physical therapist or athletic trainer, we work with the athlete through any reservations they may have about playing again by addressing fears, reducing anxiety, building back confidence, and re-instilling trust in their own body. We use this adversity as an opportunity to build strength, skill and turn mental blocks into a heightened sense of body awareness to come back a better athlete than before the injury. 

RETIREMENT FROM SPORT

In this program, we navigate the identity crisis that commonly comes after the decision to end an athletic career - “who am I if I’m not an athlete?” By using the 4 pillars of G-FIT we provide guidance through finding your true identity, discovering new passions and utilizing all of the skills and lessons learned as an athlete in your next chapter of life. 

YOUNG ADULT (AGES 18-25)

In this program, we prepare the client to navigate the inevitable challenges that come with life. By using the four pillars of G-FIT we guide you through: major transitions, college and careers, developing healthy relationships, managing stress, building confidence, setting and achieving goals, and ultimately learning how to use adversity as an opportunity to grow and thrive throughout your unique life’s journey.
