I have tried multiple programs where, though they allowed to improve my strength, I never felt like I had a meaningful connection with my trainers or coaches. It wasn’t until my last year of club volleyball that I started training with Coach G. Within a few weeks of starting G-FIT, I could see immediate improvements in my speed, strength, and, most specifically my endurance, which I’ve wanted to see progress on for years. I wanted to jump higher and be faster but I didn’t know how to get there. Coach G created a plan that was dedicated to my goals that I had as an athlete. My weekly 3 day plan incorporated lower body and upper body strength and plyometrics training that gave me the right balance I needed. Before I started G-FIT I was going to the gym consistently, lifting weight to build muscle for my sport. Coach G has helped me come back to basketball better than ever after tearing my ACL. We started off training slowly, building my base and once I was strong enough, we started doing real game like drills and basketball workouts. By progressively increasing the intensity of the workouts I was able to come back stronger than I have ever been. I got and am still getting faster, jumping higher, and moving better overall. Her workouts are very challenging but effective and you definitely see improvements. I think what really helps me is how positive she is and how she always pushes me to do my best. I have been following G-FIT's online workout program for a few months now. The program was designed specifically for me to achieve my personal goals. These workouts have made me excited to be in the gym again. In the first 30 days I noticed muscle growth, a lower body fat percentage as well as increased strength while performing exercises that I struggled with before beginning G-FIT.
